These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the online store timesystem.com, operated by Time/system International AS, (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “the Online Shop”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Depending on the shipping destination, customer type (private or business), and VAT registration status, your contract may be concluded with one of several affiliated companies within our group. The contracting entity, its country of registration, and the applicable law are indicated on your invoice.
For further details, please refer to the section “Governing Law and Jurisdiction” at the end of these Terms.
2. Offer and Contract Conclusion
All product listings on our website are non-binding offers.
By clicking “Buy”, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart.
A purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and refund any payment already made.

In the EU prices are shown in Euro (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) for EU customers. In the United Kingdom prices are shown in British Pound (£). In the United States of America prices are shown in US Dollar ($). In all other countries, prices are shown in Euro (€)
For customers outside the EU, VAT does not apply but import duties or customs fees may be charged by local authorities, these are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice; the price valid at the time of order applies.

All goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Returns and Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party named by you) receive the goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
8. Returns (Non-EU Customers)
Customers outside the EU may return products within 14 days of delivery as a voluntary goodwill policy, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Please contact us first at customerservice [at] timesystem . com to arrange a return.
9. Faulty or Damaged Products
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at customerservice [at] timesystem . com, including photos and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will decide whether to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Claims will only be accepted if the defect results from a manufacturing or material fault, not from misuse or normal wear and tear.
10. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
In the event of minor negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (so-called “cardinal obligations”) and only for foreseeable, typical damages.
Our liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
